The journal welcomes original work across medical science. Submission, editorial processing, publication, and reader access are provided without charge. Every manuscript must be registered, submitted, and tracked through the OMJ online portal.
Four-part submission
Separating identifying details from the manuscript supports the journal's double-blinded peer-review process.
Include title, authors, affiliations, correspondence, acknowledgements, disclosures, and all identifying information.
Begin with the abstract and continue through references and tables. Remove author names, acknowledgements, and identifying headers.
Upload good-quality colour images separately, with concise legends ready for editorial use.
Provide signed contributor and copyright-transfer forms, ethics information, consent, disclosures, and permissions where applicable.
