The Orissa Medical Journal is the official peer-reviewed publication of the Indian Medical Association Odisha State Branch, creating a multidisciplinary forum for research, clinical experience, education, and professional dialogue.
Purpose
OMJ publishes original work across all fields of medical science. Its readership includes clinicians, researchers, teachers, public-health professionals, trainees, institutions, and members of the Indian Medical Association.
The journal supports the exchange of ideas and evidence from Odisha and beyond, including research with significant findings, short communications, case reports, reviews, perspectives, letters, conference news, and developments in medical practice.
Every manuscript is reviewed for scope, originality, scientific merit, clinical or educational value, and ethical integrity before publication.
